ABOUT
Artist Statement
Past - present - future, playing a mixture in Racheli's art. They run at each other and to each other in a symbiosis accurate. Racheli is in every level of time, simultaneously, at any moment. As if she afraid to go on without carried inside the remains of the past. Like she builds her own time. time of life, time structured by fantastic realism, obvious, unequivocal principle. Not describe the modern existence but hers own existence in other times.Fine lines, fragile, childish thing. Naïve wandering in the pain of memory. Her paintings were like a journey into her, clean journey of colors, exposed, sometimes painfully realistic, sometimes abstract to endless lines. Her colorful style, as she went on a journey between the counties of her soul. Travel between naive realism, bright, and monuments of dark gray abstracts. Her journeys crashing to the canvas, as were the waves in a sea full of images and memory. She uses the brush as an ultimate commemorate.Racheli was born and raised in Budapest - Hungary, and immigrated to Israel at age 15.Her European past, is very evident in her works. In colors, shades of lines in accurate abstract she tries to instill in her work.Racheli increases the value of color at the expense of line. Known dynamic compositions, familiar from a European childhood's arsenal. Colors blending into each other on the one hand but retain individualism on the other. Her style is not intuitive. Abstract paintings converging into the fabric of the initial idea and make an allegory of a realistic situation. Her works are based on realistic drawings. In naïve accuracy, she touches her soul through the brush and creates a timeless and out of place unique language, the local area, creating simultaneously sensitive and moving work.
